| How does it work? |

| What do I have to do? |
| |
Ah, this is simple – just play poker! You can play ring games or tournaments, whatever you like,
as much as you can, and you can win a “betting token” every day during the World Cup games. |

| Does everyone get the same daily token? |
| |
| Players can win one token every day during the promotion, according to the below tables. Players will
get the highest possible value of token for every day they’ve played. |

| How do I bet? |
| |
| Well betting is easy – once you won a token you’re just one poker hand away from “placing your bet”. |
| |
| For every daily match you can choose between three World Cup “one hand” heads up SNGs. Each SNG
represents the possible outcome of the match. You simply choose to which you want to register
according to the token level you’ve received and your prediction of the match, and that’s it. |

| For example: the first match you can bet on is Uruguay vs. France. Let’s assume that you’ve received a
Bronze token. You can now register to a WC Bronze – France wins SNG, a WC Bronze – Uruguay wins
SNG, or a WC Bronze – Draw SNG. You register, the SNG then plays and that’s it – you have placed your
bet! |

| What do I win? |

As you can see, it’s a win-win situation, no matter if you won the bet or not, or if you won the hand or
not. Each of the freerolls will run from July 15th to July 18th, at 20:00 GMT. Every night each of the four
will run on the same time. Players can win up to four freerolls tokens. |

| How many bets can I win during the promotion? |
| |
Well, you may bet once a day and on every day during the entire duration of the World Cup games. It
works as follows: for every match, the token qualification period will start exactly
match, at 18:30 GMT. |
The next day, at 20:30, you can start betting for that match. At the same time you

| And if I had a few good bets, do I get more prizes? |

Of course! All players who have guessed correctly 11 to 15 matches’ results during the group stage, 7 to 10 matches in the final stage, or 24-25 matches overall, will split the below prizes:

| Terms & Conditions |
| |
1. Starting June 9th 2010, iPoker will award World Cup Million Challenge tokens to our players; based
on raked hands they accumulate and fees they pay, on a daily basis.
2. The counting period for 1 full day is 18:30:00 GMT to 18:29:59 GMT.
3. Players will receive the best possible token, based on their play in cash tables and tournaments. For
example: a player who had 500 raked hands in low stakes and paid $160 in fees, will receive a Gold
token.
4. Players will receive one token only per day.
5. Tokens that were issued by the card rooms privately, will not be counted towards the overall prizes
count.
6. Tokens qualification period is daily from 18:30 GMT till the next day at 18:30 GMT, just as the next
day’s match begins.
7. Betting period is daily from 20:30 GMT till the next day at 18:30 GMT.
8. Every day, the next day’s match SNGs will be available in the lobby from 20:30 GMT.
9. Tournament tokens are non transferable, non refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
10. The overall prizes to players who have guessed more than 14 matches correctly are prize pool
prizes, and will be split equally among all players who have guessed the same number of matches.
11. The World Cup matches final results which will be counted towards this promotion will be the result
after 90 minutes of play.
12. All Tokens are valid up to 24 hours, till the following day at 18:30 GMT, when that day’s match
begins. Rookie tokens are also valid till the same day’s match at 18:30 GMT.
13. iPoker reserves the right to refuse payment to any player which is found colluding.
14. Prizes will be awarded to players within 7 full days from the last tournament they have played at.
15. Raked hands are defined as hands in which a player was dealt cards and contributed to the pot, and
in which rake was taken from that hand. Players who were seated out of a raked hand or did not
contribute to the pot will not have that hand counted towards this promotion’s raked hands criteria. |
